Beijing Yintai Centre contains two 186-metre office towers flanking a 250-
metre mixed-use main building. This 66-storey main tower houses three
categories of Hyatt accommodations: Park Hyatt Hotel, Park Hyatt Penthouses
and Park Hyatt Residences, marking a triple debut in China for the Park Hyatt
brand. Connecting the base of the three towers, from the lower ground floor
to Level 6 is Park Life. Created by cutting-edge Japanese interior design firm
SuperPotato, the six-floor complex houses luxury retail stores such as Bottega
Veneta, Toubillon, Hermes, Ermenegildo Zegna, Cartier, Giorgio Armani,
Dolce & Gabbana, an international gourmet supermarket, a modern fitness
centre, and outdoor landscaped roof garden plus an array of bars and
restaurants.

米，53家奢侈品牌店分布在4个楼层，其中地上3层、地下1层。 2008年7月起，已经陆续有宝缇嘉 (Bottega
Veneta)、Toubillon、爱马仕(Hermes)、杰尼亚 (Ermenegildo Zegna) 等国际顶尖品牌开设旗舰店。顶级珠宝品
牌卡地亚，率先开设占地三层的中国旗舰店。乔治·阿玛尼(Giorgio Armani) 与 杜嘉班纳 (Dolce & Gabbana) 两个
老牌意大利奢侈品牌也在这里设了旗舰店。
招牌店： Hermes、Cartier、Giorgio Armani、D&G等几家店都是中国地区最大的旗舰店。Hermes在银泰的货
品比国贸的还要齐全；Cartier有最大的婚庆作品专区、售后服务区及VIP图书室；Giorgio Armani有专区提供手
工定制西服；D&G则是银泰最为青春艳丽的品牌。还有全球最大的瑞士陀飞轮精品店也已落户于此，占地351平
方米，店内除了拥有三个不同风格的VIP区域外，还首次在精品店内部设立了售后维修保养中心。
名品折扣季：6、7、8月和11、12、1月，很多品牌只针对VIP有折扣。
餐饮搜索：地下一层有刚开张的悦食悦香提供三明治、沙拉、甜点等以及WA Show 和晶日本料理。还有尚未开
