individual tiny hotpot, equipped with a small camping style stove The cooking here is done by
dipping meat and vegetables in the boiling broth. Ding Ding Xiang's dipping sauce-named jinpai
jiang (gold medal sauce)-is the restaurant's special recipe; this sauce won't get watery until you
have finished your hotpot. Hotpots aside, this is worth a visit just to taste the shaobing, home-
baked bread covered with sesame seeds, served still warm from the oven.
